Forgot Password

To recover a forgotten password:

  1. On the Sign In Screen, click Forgot Password?.

    The Forgot Password Screen displays.

  2. Enter the email address you used when signing up for an account, and then click EMAIL ME.
    An Email Sent Screen displays confirmation details.

  3. Open the Reset Password email message from EDJX, and click Reset Password.
    You are redirected to the Change Password Screen.

  4. Enter a new password in the fields, and then click SAVE.
    You are redirected to the EDJX Welcome Screen.
